Critical Links is an appliance software company and provider of edgeBOX, an Unified Communications appliance that consolidates data, voice and IT services for small and medium sized businesses. We are looking for a Logistics and Pre-Sales Manager to work in Lisbon, Portugal.
Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing supply chain processes and liaise with a variety of parties, including suppliers, manufacturers, and resellers among others. You will also be responsible for stock control and ensuring the good flow of goods and materials. Furthermore, you will act as interface to carriers and other logistics partners and participate in the optimization of the supply chain processes.
As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will be the administrator of the CRM platform (salesforce.com), and responsible by the internal processes supported by salesforce.com as well as planning and optimizing lead generation and dispatching/processing systems. You will work closely together with the executive management team, C-level managers, and the Sales, Marketing and Support teams. As a member of our Quality Assurance Team, your primary responsibility will be to test our product's new features before they are made available to the end users. The team is responsible for the quality of our products, daily tasks includes validation of new features, reporting issues to the development team, hardware and software benchmarking tasks, writing technical documentation and test cases, developing automated tests, and also hardware certification.
It is anticipated that there will be a need for occasional foreign travel.
