Critical Links appoints business Leaders to strategic advisory board

New Advisory Board To Provide Industry Expertise and Business Guidance to Enhance Critical Links Corporate and Product Development Strategies

Mr. Antonio Borges - Borges is a Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs International. He joined Goldman Sachs in September 2000 as Managing Director & Vice Chairman. His responsibilities include investment banking, leadership development and strategy.
Prior to this he was Dean of INSEAD between 1993 and 2000. He also taught at the University of Lisbon, Portuguese Catholic University and Stanford University. Between 1990 and 1993 Antonio Borges was Vice Governor of Portugal’s Central Bank. is Chairman of the European Corporate Governance Institute

Mr. Carlos Vasconcellos Cruz - Cruz acts presently as a strategy and international business development consultant for international corporations. He is also a Senior Advisor of Banco Privado Português. From 2004 to 2006 he was a Board Member of Portugal Telecom, President & CEO of PT Móveis (TMN, Vivo) and President and CEO of PT Investimentos Internacionais (24 companies in 14 countries), among other duties in PT Group. Before this he was President & CEO of PT Comunicações, President and CEO of Telesp Celular Brazil, President and CEO of Global Telecom Brazil, President of Tradecom units in Brazil, Argentina and Portugal, member of the Worldwide Board of Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, President and CEO of D&B GMC (D&B unit for its biggest clients) and Executive Vice President of D&B Europe.

Mr. Diogo da Silveira - Silveira is presently the CEO of Oni, an alternative Telecom Provider in Portugal. From 2002 to 2005 he was an executive board member of Sonae Indústria SGPS. His responsibilities included: Worldwide IT areas, being CEO of Isoroy in France, board member of Glunz AG & Tafisa UK. From 1999 to 2002 he was an executive board member of Sonaecom responsible for IT, Fixed Line and Internet areas, being CEO of Novis, board member of Optimus and WeDo Consulting.

Mr. Pedro Colaço - Colaço has been VP Product management and Marketing at Corvil Inc in Ireland. Before Corvil, he was Vice-President of Marketing for Expand Networks, a leading vendor of application traffic management solutions based in New Jersey, USA from where he managed the company’s global marketing activities. Before joining Expand Networks in 2001, Pedro was director of product management and marketing for Unisphere Networks, Inc., where he was responsible for developing and managing the market strategy for all next-generation IP voice products including network and service management. Prior to Unisphere, Pedro was director of product management for Siemens
Information & Communication Networks, Inc. where he held increasingly senior roles at offices in Germany, Portugal and the United States.
